What Can You Expect From
Personality Photos?
No Upfront Costs
There is no upfront cost to schools or families. Families only pay for the images they love with no pressure to buy.
Easy for schools
Online ordering - easy straightforward transactions with payments through various secured portals. Proofing gallery is delivered in a secure, online portal.
Communicating with parents - my contact info is in all emails for parents and I welcome parents to contact me directly with questions.
Customizable - Individual, sibling, staff photos, composites/ group photos, simple backdrop colors.
BOOKING PROCESS
I have a phone call or touch base with your school contact. We will choose the date and time for picture day.
A week or two before picture day, I will email a flyer for you to share with the school and parents. I will also collect the student list and parent emails for photo delivery.
On picture day, we arrive at the scheduled time and take about 15-25 minutes to set up. We photograph the students and children in the order that works best for the school.
A few days after picture day, parents will receive an email with a private gallery. They can view and purchase any photos they like.
Prints will be delivered to the school within 2–3 weeks after picture day.
What Should My Child Wear to Their Personality Portrait Session?
The goal of these photos is to have your child be the main focus, therefore I recommend choosing clothes that are not too "busy" or distracting. This means I recommend either solid colors, or smaller prints that aren't too overwhelming. Words, graphics or large brand/logos can also be distracting since that can be cut off in the photos. Super bright and neon colors may be a tad distracting as well. But if that's you, then be you. Have that sense of control and this will work and ensure the aesthetic I love to create and provide for you.

I love working with small schools, daycare centers, and can provide my photo service to larger schools
What's the cost?
I keep it simple and streamlined. There’s no cost to the school/center, and all orders are made by parents online. We're all somewhat familiar with other picture days we're experienced in the past. Rates are comparable to other school print prices. The online process offers parents several options in addition to simple prints, digital downloads.
What time of year can you photograph?
I work with each individual school/daycare to schedule shoots any time during the academic year, I can also offer multiple photo shoots during the year (Spring/Fall).
